Abstract
Objective: To study the relations between abnormal chromosome and male infertility. Methods: Chromosome preparations made from peripheral blood lymphocytes by conventional, G banding techniques 135 cases of male infertility. Results: Totally there are 74 cases of chromosome abnonnalities which is 55% in all examiners. They include 40 cases of sex chromosome abnormalities which is 30% in all examiners and 54% in chromosome abnormalities. And there are 34 cases of autosome abnormalities which is 25% in all examiners and 46% in chromosome abnormalities. Conclusion: Chromosome examination to male infertility can aid at the diagnosis and treatment of infer couples.
