Abstract

Objective:To study the relations between abnormal chromosome and male infertility. Methods:Chromosome preparations made from peripheral blood lymphocytes by conventional,G banding techniques 405 cases of male infertility. Results:Totally there are 163 cases of chromosome abnormalities which is 40.2% in all examiners. They include 145 cases of sex chromosome abnormalities which is 35.8% in all examines and 88.9% in chromosome abnormalities. And threr are 18 cases of autosome abnormalities which is 4.4% in all examiners and 11.0% in chromosome abnormalities. Conclusion:chromosome examination to male infertility can aid at the diagnosis and treatment of infer couples.
