Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer with hemorrhage, and to discuss its clinical value. Methods A total of 80 gastric ulcer with hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group contained 40 cases. The treatment group received omeprazole for treatment, and the control group received treatment by pantoprazole. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98%, and that of the control group was 88%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P0.05). The incidences of adverse reactions, improvement of helicobacter pylori infection, and bleeding time of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer with hemorrhage has better curative effect than the traditional treatment method.
