Omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer with hemorrhage: clinical analysis of 60 cases

Objective To explore the clinical effects of omeprazole used for patients with gastric ulcer combined with bleeding.Methods 120 cases of patients with gastric ulcer combined with bleeding as studied object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group;two groups were given same comprehensive treatment.Control group was added with therapy of famotidine,and experimental group was added with therapy of omeprazole.Results The efficiency rate,total effective rate and negative rate of HP in experimental group was higher than that in controlgroup,and effective rate and negative rate of HP showed significant difference(χ2= 5.321,P 0.05;χ2=3.259,P0.05).Side-reactions rate and E-time of blood-stopping in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and E-time of blood-stopping showed significant difference(t=4.173,P0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole used for patients with gastric ulcer combined with bleeding can guarantee the safety and enhance clinical effect,so it deserved considering and applying in clinical work.
