Therapeutic Comparison on Insulin Aspart 30 and Novolin 30R in the Treatment of Type Two Diabetes Mellitus after Failure to Oral Hypoglycemic Agents

Objective:To observe and compare the curative effect and safety of hypodermic injection of insulin aspart 30 and Novolin 30R in the treatment of type two diabetes mellitus after failure to oral hypoglycemic agents.Method:60 type two diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into insulin aspart 30 group(immediately injected before meal)and Novolin 30R group (15-30min before meal).Two groups' fasting blood glucose,2hPBG,glycosylated hemoglobin,body mass index,insulin dose, hypoglycemia incidence and blood glucose level were compared after treated for 8 weeks.Result:Both groups can greatly reduce the blood glucose level,insulin aspart 30 group was obviously lower than Novolin 30R group in the reduction of postprandial glucose level(P0.05);insulin aspart 30 group is superior to Novolin 30R group in hypoglycemia incidence,insulin dose and blood glucose level(P0.05,0.01).Conclusion:Insulin aspart 30 is more satisfactory in the controlling of postprandial glucose with low incidence of hypoglycemia and more stable blood glucose level.
