Analysis of the application of Insulin aspart 30 to type 2 diabetes

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of insulin aspart 30 treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic.Methods 60 cases of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into insulin aspart 30 group of 30 cases and Novolin 30R group of 30 cases.Insulin aspart 30 group subcutaneous injection aspart 30 at daily morning and evening hors d';Novolin 30R group subcutaneous injection of Novolin 30R at 15～30min before daily morning and evening.Results FBG,2hPBG and HbAlc of patients in the two groups significantly decreased(P0.01) after insulin therapy,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin of insulin aspart 30 group dropped more Obviously(P 0.05).Fasting blood glucose decline of patients of two groups was not significantly different(P0.05),but insulin aspart 30 decrease in fasting blood glucose was higher than Novolin 30R group.The incidence of hypoglycemia in insulin aspart 30 group(2.8 mmol/L) was significantly lower than Novolin 30R group(P0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspart 30 can simulate physiological secretion pattern of person insulin,to achieve a better Jiangtang,and low incidence of hypoglycemia,providing a convenient,secure,flexible treatment for patients with DM.
