Abstract
Through carbon,nitrogen single-factor comparing experiment,cornmeal was determined as the best carbon,the optimal addition was 3%;peptone as the best nitrogen source,the optimal addition was 2%.Cordyceps polysaccharide was extracted with three methods:boiling water bath,microwave and ultrasonic method.Comparisons showed that among the three methods,ultrasonic was the best one,the extraction rate of polysaccharide could reach 4.03%.The study provided a theoretical basis for liquid-submerged fermentation and polysaccharide extraction of Cordyceps militaris mycelium.
