Abstract

In order to have better utilization of Cordyceps militaris, the extraction and purification of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides were studied.Through orthogonal test, the effects were discussed, including liquid to material, extraction temperature and time on the polysaccharide extraction yield.Based on these,to find the best preparation conditions, alcohol precipitation and deproteinization were also analyzed. The results showed that the best conditions were:firstly extracted under 30∶1(liquid to material),in 70℃for4h;Then alcohol precipitation was performed with 14%extract concentration and 80% ethanol concentration; Finally,pH of polysaccharide solution was adjusted to 3and 4% ZnSO4 was added. The polysaccharide extraction yield of whole process was 8.97% with the purity of 68.9%,having agood purified effect and low loss. This reaserch provided fundamental datas for the industrialization production of cordyceps militaris polysaccharide.
