Abstract
The technology of crude polysaccharide extracting from the culture medium of cordyceps militaris by ultrasonic was investigated.The comparison of anti-oxidation performances between this polysaccharide and cordyceps polysaccharide were studied.The results indicate that the content of crude polysaccharide is 3.30 % on the conditions of solid-liquid ratio 1:30(m:m),ethanol 15 mL,ultrasonic power 70 W and ultrasonic time 90 min.The anti-oxidantion performances of the crude polysaccharide and the cordyceps polysaccharide are similar,which have positive correlation with concentration from 0.2 mg/mL to 1.0 mg/mL.And the structures of the crude polysaccharide and the cordyceps polysaccharide detected by infrared spectrum(IR) are the same.
