Abstract
In order to improve the extraction rate of polysaccharide, the influence of each factor in the extraction of polysaccharide from Cordyceps Militaris mycelium was measured by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that optimal extraction process was as follows:solid-to-liquid ratio was 1∶30,lixiviation time was 3 h,temperature time was 80 ℃,and final ethanol concentration was 70%,the best extract rate of polysa-ccharide under this condition was 3.16%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
