Abstract
Objective:To establish a determining method for chlorogenic acid in qingrequshi granules by HPLC.Methods:hlorogenic acid was extracted from qingrequshi granules by 50% methanol.Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,10 μm) as stationary phase,acetonitrile-4% phosphoric acid solution(8∶92) as mobile phase,the wavelength of detection was at 327 nm.Results:The calibration curve showed good linearity(r=0.9999) within the range of 0.0825~0.4949 μg,the average recovery was 100.25% with RSD=1.3%.Conclusion:The interference of other components can be eliminated by this method,which is accurate,precise and simple and can be availble for the quality control of qingrequshi granules.
