Abstract
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Gankeqing granules.Methods:An HPLC method was carried on a Kromasil C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was cetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(10∶90),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detecting wavelength was set at 327 nm.Results:The linearity was good within a range of 0.15~0.75 μg(r= 0.999 6).The average recovery was 98.77%,RSD=1.30%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is rapid,simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Gankeqing granules.
