Abstract

Objective:To study the curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in nasal and sinus inverted papilloma.Methods:In our hospital from June 2009 to December 2011 after a clinical diagnosis of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinuses turned 32 cases of clinical trials,patients in sinus CT scanning and nasal endoscopy makes before the surgery,after general anesthesia in endoscopic nasal cavity and sinuses inverted papilloma resection surgery. Results:For regular review and follow-up after the surgery,three months after the surgery to do nasal endoscopic examination regularly,once every 3-6 months, follow-up time was 12 to 40 months,an average of 24 months.In 32 cases of patients,16 cases cured,recurrent in 2 cases,1 case of death from cancer,there was a no recurrence after nasal endoscopic surgery again.Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery for inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinuses varus curative effect is distinct,low recurrence rate,small trauma,facial scar.
