On the Safeguard of Housing Right in Context of High Housing Price

The high housing price has become a predicament and obstacle as for people's livelihoods and development.From the perspective of jurisprudence,this paper analyses the cause of high housing price which is unjustifiable and runs counter to the rule of market,as well as the majority's interest and expectation,even the social just.Further,the paper reflects the housing right and propose that the safeguard system of housing right should be established based on current practice of regulation on high housing price.
