Abstract
In the process of urbanization,surplus rural laborers are gradually transferring to cities,and the training of rural migrant workers becomes an urgent task.The vocational colleges should undertake the responsibility of training rural migrant workers,and make contribution to developing labor services industry and solving the issues of agriculture,rural areas and peasants.
