Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Education and Training for Rural Migrant Workers in Urbanization Process

With the speeding up of China’s urbanization,the transfer of a large number of rural surplus labors becomes increasingly apparent,and improving the quality of these rural migrant workers is important for promoting the urbanization process.The current education and training policies for rural migrant workers is becoming rational and perfect.However,problems still exist in the establishment and implementation of policies.The improvement process of quality of rural mi grant workers is not only the cooperative process of governments,enterprises and schools,but also the linking process of education and training between importer and exporter of rural migrant workers.The government,enterprise and schools of the importer Blace for rural labor should assume more responsibility,and adopt scientific measures in curriculum system and contents,education and training approaches and modes.
