Investigation and Rational Thinking of the Vocational Education for Migrant Rural Workers

As a special group,migrant rural workers have great effect on economy and society.The authors of this paper have made a survey and analysis of the employment features of migrant rural workers in Yichun City of Jiangxi Province and found that the quality the surplus labor is generally low and skilled labor is lacked,which affects the transfer of rural labor to non-agricultural industries and urban areas.At last,they put forward some related suggestions.
