Investigation and Thinking of the Vocational Education for Rural Migrant Workers at the Present Stage

According to the investigation about quality and training situation of rural migrant workers in Hebei Province,the authors analyze the characters of rural migrant workers at the present stage.The authors bring forward the idea that strengthening vocational education for rural migrant workers should be combined with the rural migrant workers’ employment and training wish,together with social concept of appreciating the training of rural migrant workers.
