Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of different processing methods on the content of paeonol in moutan cortex. Methods The RP-HPLC method was established and the DIKMa C18 column:250mm×4.6mm:5μm)was used with methanol-water(45:55)as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 274nm.Results The linear range of paeonol was 0.1330~0.3102μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.18% with RSD of 0.80%(n=6).There was remarkable difference of the content of paeonol among different specifications. Conclusion The different processing methods can have remarkable influence on the content of paeonol in moutan cortex.
