Abstract
To determine paeonol in cortex moutan from five areas by HPLC.HPLC column was a Phenomenex Luna C18(5μm,4.6mm×250 mm),with mobile phase of methanol-water(45∶55) and the flow rate at 1 mL/min.The detective wavelength was 274 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.The results showed that the linear of paeonol was good in the range of 0.432μg—4.32 μg(r=0.9997),and the average recovery was 100.08%(RSD=2.85%).The average content of paeonol in cortex moutan was: AnhuiShanxiShandongHenanChongqing. This method was rapid and convenient, results were correct and reliable.
