Human resources management based on work and quality not only concerns match of human and job,but also concerns match of human and organization.This management model correspondingly increases cost of enterprise because it has higher requirements on staff knowledge and skills and needs corresponding support of organizational and cultural environment.Therefore,different enterprises should take full account of the actual situation of their own in building human resources management model based on work and quality.
