Abstract

Objective:To compare the analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil with tramadol in resuscitation stage after general anesthesia. Methods:Eighty patients were recruited into the study and divided into four groups:groupⅠ(n=20) received tramadol 1.0mg/kg,group Ⅱ(n=20) received flurbiprofen axetil 1.0mg/kg,group Ⅲ(n=20) received tramadol 2.0mg/kg,group Ⅳ(n=20) received flurbiprofen axetil 1.0mg/kg and tramadol 1.0mg/kg.Forty minutes before the end of surgery, each group was intravenous administered in all patients.Pain scores, heart rate, blood pressure and incidence of side effect were recorded after tracheal extubation. Results:Pain scores were significantly lower in group Ⅲ and group Ⅳcompared to group I and group Ⅱ(P0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting in group Ⅲ was higher than that in the other groups. Conclusion:Flurbiprofen axetil with tramadol can effectively analgesia in the resuscitation stage after general anesthesia, with less side reactions.
