Abstract
Objective To compare the analgesic efficacy and adverse reactions of flurbiprofen axetil and tramadol in patients undergoing neurosurgery. Methods Sixty patients undergoing neurosurgery were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=30).Group A was administered with 1.5 mg/kg flurbiprofen axetil 30 min before the end of operation;group B was administered with 2 mg/kg tramadol 30 min before the end of operation. The visual analogue scale(VAS) pain score, sedation, nausea and vomiting score were detected at 1 h,3 h,6 h after operation, and the blood oxygen, heart rate, respiratory frequency were recorded. Results The analgesic effects of group A at different time was better than that of group B(P0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions of group A,such as nausea and vomiting, was lower than that of group B(P0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil has a good curative effect for postoperative analgesia in neurosurgery with a lower incidence of adverse reactions compared with tramadol.
