Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of flurbiprofen axetil and tramadol on treating the recovery restlessness after general anesthesia. Methods Ninety patients were recruited into the study and divided into three groups:group Ⅰ received tramadol 0.8 mg·kg-1,group Ⅱreceived tramadol 1.6 mg·kg-1,group Ⅲ received flurbipmfen axetil 0.8 mg·kg-1 and tramadol 0.8 mg·kg-1.All the patients were intravenous administered twenty minutes before the end of surgery. The level of restlessness, pain scores and incidence of side effect were recorded. Results The level of restlessness and pain scores were significantly lower in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ compared to those in group Ⅰ(P0.05).No significant difference between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ(P0.05) was found. The incidence of nausea and vomiting in group Ⅱ was higher than that in the others. Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil with tramadol can degrade the level of recovery restlessness after general anesthesia with less side reactions.
