Abstract
Objective To find out weathes endemic arsenic poisoning exist in the north of Ninxia and its manifestation as well as the harmfulness.Methods According to water arsenic distribution,epidemic investigation was carried out.Results 628 patients with endemic arsenic poisoning were diseovered.The prevalence was 11.71%,which has a direct proportion with,age and water orsenic content.Major clinic manifestation are skin pigmentation,as well as metacarpal bone overkeratosis.Water arsenic content is normal.Conclusions Endemic arsenic poisoning exist in the north of Ningxia,but the situation is not serious.
