Abstract
To explore the relationship between the chromosome abnormalities and recurrent abortion, the 325 cases of patients with recurrent abortion were involved in chromosome analysis with G,C banding technique. The results showed that 14 cases of patients with chromosomal aberrations were detected in all 325 recurrent abortion patients with abnormal detection rate of 4.31%,of which the chromosomal number abnormal in 7 patients(50%),structural abnormalities in 6 cases(42.86%),and complex abnormalities in 1 case(7.14%).The chromosomal abnormalities in pregnant women may be an important factor to cause recurrent abortion.
