Abstract
By means of analysis and research on road traffic conditions and traffic conflict data of highway intersections, influence concept is introduced, the relation model between the road at traffic conditions of highway intersections and traffic conflict data is established in this paper.Synthetic influence coefficient,a evaluation means of highway intersection safety is presented based on traffic conflict.According to traffic volume, the ratio of intersect road traffic volume, traffic composing and the ratio of left-turn vehicles,a synthetic influence coefficient on traffic conflict rate can be estimated, and the degree of traffic safety can be determined in the end.
