Treatment of ring mixed hemorrhoids with Milligan-Morgan injection technique combined with multi-incision sphincter lysis

Abstract

Objective To investigate the surgical procedures on ring mixed hemorrhoid.Methods We designed the treatment of ring mixed hemorrhoids with Milligan-Morgan injection technique combined with multi-incision sphincter lysis and titanoreine.120 ring mixed hemorrhoid patients were divided into two groups,one group treat with traditional classic Milligan-Morgan injection(Control group,60 cases),and other group treat with Milligan-Morgan injection technique combined with multi-incision sphincter lysis and titanoreine(Treatment group,60 cases).We evaluated the clinical treatment.Results The total effective of control group was 81.7%,the wound healing time was 24.2±4.3 day.And the total effective of treatment group was 95%,the wound healing time was 16.8±3.1 day,P0.05.Conclusions The results suggest that the treatment of ring mixed hemorrhoids with Milligan-Morgan injection technique combined with multi-incision sphincter lysis and titanoreine have advantages of positive effects,relieving pain,few complications and low relapse rate.
