The Clinical Observation of Mixed Circular Hemorrhoid by Improved Milligan-Morgan Operation Combined with Hemorrhoid Injection and the Single Operation

Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effect of mixed circular hemorrhoid treated by improved Milligan-Morgan operation combined with hemorrhoid injection and the single operation.Methods 120 cases of mixed circular hemorrhoid were divided into two groups: treatment group was treated by improved Milligan-Morgan operation combined with hemorrhoid injection,control group by single operation.Healing time,anus lip edema,anus narrow and relapse rate were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,in the control group was 90%;the healing days in treatment group was(11.6±3.0)days,in control group was(21.8±4.7)days.3 cases of hemorrhage,2 cases of edema,relapse rate 3.33% in the treatment group;4 cases of hemorrhage,23 cases of edema,6 cases of anal stenosis,relapse rate 16.67% in the control group.Conclusion Improved Milligan-Morgan operation combined with hemorrhoid injection is better than the single operation.
