Abstract

To optimize the techniques for Simultaneous extraction of protein and polysaccharides from Grifola frondosa. The effects of solvent-solid ratio extraction temperature, extraction time, pH on extraction rate of polysaccharides and protein investigated by the single factor experiments, and the extraction technology is optimized by using the orthogonai experiment. The results showed that the four factors' influnence to the extraction ratio of peotein was: solvent-solid ratioextraction temperature extraction timeextraction solid pH; factors to the extraction ratio of polysaccharides was: extraction temperatureextraction solid pHextraction timesolvent-solid ratio. The optimium conditions were as fellows: extraction temperature 85 ℃, extraction time 4 h, solvent-solid ratio 60:1, pH11, under these onditions, the extraction ratio and yield of potein is 29.33% and 36.42%, respectively; The extraction ratio and yield of polysaccharides is 20.34% and 23.52%, respectively.
