Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of sodium ozagrel combined edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:80 acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 patients in each group. Besides conventional medical treatment, the patients in control group received sodium ozagrel only, the patients in treatment group received sodium ozagrel combined edaravone. The clinical effects, neurologic severity scores and hemorheology parameters of patients in these 2 groups were compared. Results: The clinical effects of treatment group was obviously higher than control group and no obvious adverse reactions(P 0.05). Compared with control group, the neurologic severity scores of patients in treatment group improved obviously(P 0.05). And sodium ozagrel combined edaravone didn't affect hemorheology parameters. Conclusions: Treating acute cerebral infarction with sodium ozagrel combined edaravone can get better clinical effects and fewer adverse reactions.
