Effect of edaravone with Ozagrel sodium in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the efficacy of edaravone with Ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 cases,within 72 hours of onset of acute cerebral infarctionv from December 2009 to December 2011 itreated by our department,were randomly divided into two groups,60 patients were treated in accordance with edaravone with ozagrel sodium for the treatment group,60 The patients were treated with ozagrel sodium for the observation group.Results The treatment group neurological deficit improved,treatment efficiency higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant (p 0.05).Conclusion Edaravone on cerebral infarction with good protection,joint the Sodium Ozagrel can effectively improve the neurological function of acute cerebral infarction,and no significant adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
