Abstract

Objective To analyze the irrational drug use in outpatient prescriptions and promote clinical rational drug use.Methods There were 8389 prescriptions extracted from July to December in 2012 and the irrational drug prescriptions were evaluated.Results In 8389 outpatient prescriptions,there were 329(3.92%)unqualified prescriptions.Conclusion There was some irrational drug use in outpatient prescriptions.Doctors and pharmacists need to update their knowledge to accommodate the clinic treatment.
