Abstract
Objective:Transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy(URL) method of treatment of ureteral calculi and clinical efficacy.Methods:To retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008 to June 2009 120 cases of ureteral stones were treated clinical data,this group of patients treated URL were used to summarize the treatment effects.URL group were 120 cases of the results,a stone rate was 90.0%(108/120).Ureteroscopy failed in 12 cases change the cut stone,accounting for 10.0%.Hospital stay was 2 to 10 days.Conclusion:URL to avoid open surgery in patients suffering caused by a high success rate,postoperative complications,in the treatment of ureteral and lower ureteral stones in the preferred method.
