Ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic fithotripsy of 172 cases

Objective Transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy(URL) method of treatment of ureteral calculi and clinical efficacy.Methods To retrospective analysis of our hospital from April 2008 to February 2011 172 cases of ureteral stones were treated clinical data,this group of patients treated URL were used to summarize the treatment effects.Results 172 patients,a gravel success rate of 94.2%(162/172).Conclusion URL to avoid open surgery in patients suffering caused by a high success rate,postoperative complications,in the treatment of ureteral and lower ureteral stones in the preferred method.
