The urative effect of cyclosporin A combined stanozolol on chronic aplastic anemia

Objective To explore the effect of cyclosporine A combined with stanozolol in treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods From December 2008 to December 2012 in our hospital,47 cases of chronic aplastic anemia pa tients,according to the different treatment methods were divided into study group 25 cases,with cyclosporine A and stanozolol treatment,the control group 22 cases treated with stanozolol.The two groups were given the amount of blood transfusion,according to the condition of platelet concentrates and hemostatic,liver protection,anti infection and symptomatic and supportive treatment.The course of treatment was 6 months.Monthly review the blood 2 to 4 times,every 3 to 4 months in the bone marrow of one time.The efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 72.00%,the total effective rate in the control group was 54.55%.Patients in the two groups after treatment efficacy had significant difference(P0.05),the observation group occurred in 1 cases of hand tremor,2 cases of gingival hyperplasia,2 cases of hypertension,abnormal skin feeling l case,there were 2 cases of liver function damage,cured after symptomatic treatment,no other serious adverse reac tions.Conclusion The effect of cyclosporin A combined with stanozolol in treatment of chronic aplastic anemia is ef fective,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
