The observation of the clinical effect for CyclosporineAin the treatment of 118 cases of aplastic anemia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cyclosporin A in the treatment of aplastic anemia.Methods 118 cases of aplastic anemia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and 59 cases in each group,in which the treatment group was treated with cyclosporine A treatment,and the control group using stanozolol treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,blood indicators of changes in circumstances and adverse events between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.83%,significantly higher than the total efficiency of 76.27%(P0.05).The white blood cell count,hemoglobin and platelet count were significantly increased than before treatment,and after treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,it was significantly higher(P0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 32.20%,higher than 27.12%,but there was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of cyclosporineAin the treatment of aplastic anemia is better,and it is with a slightly higher incidence of adverse reactions,but it is transient.
