Treatment of aplastic anemia with cyclosporin A,stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of cyclosporin A,stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule in treatment of aplastic anemia.Methods 64 patients with aplastic anemia were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The treatment group was treated by cyclosporin A,stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule,and the control group treated by stanozolol.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 87.50% and 62.50%,respectively(P0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group and the control group were 21.88% and 28.13%,respectively(P0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat aplastic anemia with cyclosporin A,stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule.
