Abstract

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of olanzapine and lithium carbonate combined sodium valproate in treatment of bipolar disorder manic episodes and research the drug treatment programs to improve the recent clinical efficacy.Method:Collect 90 bipolar disorder manic episodes patients,45 patients were divided into A group treated by olanzapine combined sodium valproate,45 patients were divided into B group treated by lithium carbonate combined sodium valproate, then compare the BRMS score and TESS score after two weeks',four weeks' and six weeks' treatment, compare the clinical efficacy after six weeks' treatment.Result:There was a statistical significant(P0.05) in the above aspects, the A group's clinical efficacy was better than the B group's.Conclusion:When we treat bipolar disorder manic episodes patients by drug,we should choose olanzapine combined sodium valproate,it could improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the side effects after treatment.
