Abstract

the teaching management team construction is the higher vocational colleges,the talented person troop construction,as an important part of the construction of a high-quality teaching management team to improve the personnel training quality are essential.Higher vocational education development face new request,this article from strengthening teaching management team construction,analyzes the necessity of teaching management team construction are the main problems and put forward the teaching management personnel should possess the basic qualities and strengthening teaching management team construction proposal.
