The Construction of Teaching Team Under the Personnel Training Mode of Work-Study Combination in Vocational Colleges

Abstract

The establishment of personnel training mode of work-study combination can guide the reform of curriculum system and teaching team building in higher vocational colleges.The construction of teaching team is a new type of reform model to adapt to work-study combination,and to study the teaching methods of team construction will play an important role in the building.The existing problems and difficulties to develop the construction of teaching team under personnel training mode of work-study combination are discussed,so the related suggestions are proposed.
