Abstract

Financial talent is closely related to the financial industry and in great demand.But there exist the problems in financial talents training process,like lack of character training objectives,teaching content divorced from the financial reality,the strong theory but weak practices,and other issues.This paper puts forward the innovation in this curriculum from the aspects of the training objective,curriculum,teaching staff,individual career planing,etc..
