Abstract
The main problems of the training applied talents of financial management majors in local undergraduate colleges are lack of distinct training objectives,lack of understanding marker demand information,course structure set unreasonable etc.The new target location of professional personnel training of financial management is to set applied talents cultivation of employment ability,by constructing a collaborative innovation training mode of double main bodies,double division types,double education,double systems and dual industries five in one,so as to push forward the reform of the training model of professional talents of financial management in local colleges.
