Construction and Development Strategy of Training Model of Public Management Undergraduate Applied Talents

The public management applied talents training is an important task for local colleges to serve the regional economy and social development in the new period. However,there exist some problems in the process of cultivating public management applied undergraduate talents in local colleges,such as,errors of running position,ideas of talents cultivation existing a gap between theory and practice,flaw curriculum system,single teaching methods,and some teachers' abilities needing to be further strengthened. The paper puts forward a basic training thought for public management undergraduate applied talents,including clarifying the training objectives of applied undergraduate talents,changing the concept of personnel training,adjusting the personnel training mode according to the basic requirements of local economic and social development,establishing a concept of taking the curriculum as the core support professional construction methods,transforming the teaching methods,and building a high quality team of teachers.
