On the Training Mode for College Students Majoring in Finance

Along with the process of marketization and internationalization of financial industry,the talents majoring in finance are becoming the key factor to improve the competition ability offinancial organizations.University is the base of financial personnel training,and the training mode influences the financial talents’ quality directly.After a summary of the essential quality of the modern financial talents,the paper analyzes the education status and training issues of finance at colleges.At last,some suggestions are proposed to improve the education of financial talents,such as reforming course system,content,teaching method,practical education measure and pattern.
