Abstract
Objective To explore the treatment of laparoscopic operation for benign ovarian cysts clinical curative effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of application of laparoscopic minimal invasive operation in treatment of 64 cases of ovarian cyst(observation group) and traditional open operation in treatment of 60 cases(control group) clinical data, compared the two groups of operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative recovery. Results The laparoscopic group in the operation time, amount of bleeding, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, indwelling catheter time were signifi cantly less than laparotomy group, the difference was statistically signif icant(P0.01).Conclusion Laparoscopic operation in eff icacy, safety aspects have to be superior to open operation. The effects on ovarian function in terms of both no difference.
