Curative effect observation of laparoscopic treatment of ovarian benign tumor

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic treatment of ovarian benign tumor.Methods The 65 cases of ovarian benign tumor patients who were given laparoscopic treatment were selected as observation group,in addition,over the same period,sixty patients who were given open surgical treatment were selected as the control group.The amount of bleeding during the operation,operation time,anal exhaust time,postoperative complications,the length of time between the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding during the operation,anal exhaust time,length of hospital stay in the observation group was better than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05);The operation time was compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05);The complications was compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ovarian benign tumor effect is remarkable,and it is worth for spreading application.
