Therapy Effect of Laparoscopic Operation and Laparotomy in Treatment of Benign Ovarian Cyst

Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of benign ovarian cyst.Method:Clinical data of 32 patients respectively with benign ovarian cysts treated by laparoscopic operation and laparotomy from Jan.2007 to Jan.2008 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The incisal opening of laparoscopic operation group was shorter than that of laparotomy group(P0.001).The volume of blood,time of operation were significant different in the two groups(P0.001).And in laparoscopic operation group,number of people in using pain-killer was fewer(P0.001),duration of enterocinesia recovery and hospital days were shorter(P0.001),duration of recovery to work and complications after operation were fewer(P0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation for benign ovarian cysts is an effective and safe method,which is characterized with minimal invasion,quick recovery,short hospitalization and few complication after operation.
