Determination for Polysaccharides of Epimedium sutchuenense

Abstract

The content of polysaccharide in Epimedium sutchuenense was determined by sulfuric acid anthrone method.The results showed that the average extraction-rate of crude polysaccharide in E.sutchuenense was 5.753%,the average content of polysaccharide in crude polysaccharide was 37.766% and the average content of polysaccharide in E.sutchuenense was 2.174%.
