Clinical Application of the Composite of Lysozyme in the Treatment of Burns in Children

Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound lysozyme treatment of children with burn.Methods 50 cases of burn patients in our hospital from 2011 February to 2013 January were,divided them into control group and observation group.The control group received routine,with Hide Sabu treatment;observation group were given complex lysozyme treatment.Analysis of therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results The observation group of children with allergic reactions are negative,not positive cases,bacterial culture positive rate was 48%;control group of children with allergic reaction negative rate reached 84%,bacterial culture positive rate reached 76%,significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance(P0.05).Then to observe the two groups of children with burn healing time,wound healing time of observation group was about(10.2±2.4) days,the control group with the wound healing time was(15 ± 3.8) days,children of observation group wound healing time was significantly shorter than the control group,the two comparison,significant differences,with statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion Complex lysozyme are effective in the treatment of pediatric burn,treatment of high safety and efficacy,is the preferred drug clinical treatment of children with burn.Is worthy to be popularized.
